I would rate these wonderful people 10 stars if I could. If you hate going to the Dentist, definitely consider switching over to this office. I’ve been a patient at Village Smiles for a handful of years, and EVERY time I go in the entire team is extraordinarily kind, helpful, professional, and organized. Haley is such a fantastic addition to the team, those were the quickest and most comfortable dental x-rays I’ve had done, and her personality would brighten anyone’s day. I was happy to be helped by the Hygienist, Nhu, again, as she’s always so sweet and gentle:) And of course a shout out to Dr. Cho who is THE BEST!!!! His demeanor and the way that he interacts with his patients creates an environment of judgement-free comfortability; he makes it so easy to be entirely honest and to ask him questions, and he always answers them in an intelligent manner that’s still easy to understand. Thank you also to the front desk team that worked today, y’all are fantastic! Truthfully, y’all are so good at your jobs that I don’t even hate that fluoride paste anymore👍🏼

I always appreciate coming to village smiles! everyone is so youthful and friendly, it makes the dentist an actually nice experience. shoutout to Haylee, she was SO nice and really efficient, and Dr Cho always has great advice about taking care of teeth! definitely recommend choosing this place to get good dental work

I’ll admit, my visit got off to a rough start. I want to sincerely apologize to the front desk staff for my frustration over an issue that was ultimately outside of their control and related to my insurance. Despite the situation, they remained respectful, patient, and helpful—and I quickly realized my frustration was misplaced. This team is truly dedicated to doing what’s best for their patients. Even though I received some difficult news during my visit, I felt well cared for throughout. A special thanks to the ladies at the front desk—you handled everything with grace, and I’m grateful we ended the visit with shared laughter. You all did an outstanding job. I cannot remember names at the front desk but my visit was 05/30/2025 at 1pm. Please recognize these ladies for their outstanding work.
